I have a box of your multi purpose labels GS-1212 12 labels/sheet but don't know how to print them. I have Microsoft Office Word on my PC. Can I use this or do you offer a free download so I can use your labels?

These labels are also provided in DOC (Word template). Yes, you can use Office Word to load the DOC templates and then print them after the necessary changes have been applied. Theoretically, you should be able to print the templates with the Formtec Design Pro as well if you have them in the proper format, but Word should be more than enough to do it.
