Dear Sirs,

Thank you for all your support and cooperation,
I am writing to request your kind support and help,

I have a problem with printing the label 1424 through Formtec Design Pro 7,
so the printer can't print the writing text but it can print the photos,

Please advise me how to solve this problem,

I found it very efficient comparing to other software, but it would be better if they can make it compatible with Excell and Windows.
